Oh where to start. This book was awesome. The Cabin, Santa, the club, all were excellent. There is nothing about this book that I did not like, other than a true confrontation with Cal; something needs to be done with him so he doesn't hurt/abuse anyone else like he did Jay. As in each book, I love how patient Henry is and he doesn't get angry when Alice starts doubting herself & her place withing the relationship. Same with in the bedroom, he seems to know exactly what they need and when they need it. Almost like a sixth sense. He doesn't just jump in and do something just to do it, if need be he actually studies before trying. He never leaves them wanting, other than on purpose, upset or scared or anything, he loves them both so much it makes my heart ache. I can't wait to see where the next book takes them. The story continues for Alice, Henry and Jay. A kind of mental and emotional breakdown happened at the end of the last story between our characters and this is a story of rebuilding bonds and forging new and deeper ones. I find more fondness for the characters as they reveal more of themselves and their strengths, thoughts and fears. All of them navigating their lives to build off of one another to make their family stronger. I have enjoyed that there have f been any contrived or forced conflict but dealing with their lives and past is enough to carry the story and keep me entertained.
